This should answer all these questions....

All our online orders ship via FedEx Ground, UPS or similar carriers in 2-14 shipping days. (per the shipping policy found on every page of our website) most orders arrive at the shorter end of this time period.

Items with current shopping cart buttons online should be available to ship within this shipping guarantee... exceptions, of course may occur, and we will notify you if there is any difficulty with timely shipment of your item. If you'd like to find out if your item is immediately available, you may call in and we can look it up for you. We have several warehouses across the US to hold items in stock. If we do not have the item available in our warehouse in San Diego, we can call one of our other warehouses to see if they have it in stock for faster shipment.

You should receive a confirmation email from us for all online orders within 24 hours of your online order stating the shipping time. You may track your order via this confirmation email, by shipping emails which will follow, or by calling us Toll Free with your order number.

Due to our automated system, we cannot track an order until it is two business days old. You should receive an automatic tracking email before this time.

Shipping fees are for the 48 contiguous US States only. International shipments may require additional fees over and above and estimated shipping calculated online.

We ship via FedEx Ground or similar carrier. These Carriers cannot deliver to a PO Box, so please include a physical delivery address in your order.

We are happy to ship on your own UPS or FedEx account - to do so, call us Toll Free to place your order, or order using our Fax/Mail Emergency First Aid Order Form.

We offer shipping worldwide, but rates will vary to other areas. International orders must be placed by phone, fax, or email - other fees may apply.

APO's & FPO's are considered International orders.

Customers may request quotes for Express shipping or for orders outside the 48 contiguous states by clicking HERE.

Minimum orders apply for International Shipping: CPR items $1000, Emergency First Aid Items $100, other product lines vary. However, we can ALWAYS ship to a Freight Forwarder or Friend in the Continental US who can forward the order on to you, or we can arrange "Will Call" pick up via your DHL or other International Carrier account at our warehouse. Call for details and International fees (International Calls, please us 760-944-1048 as the Toll Free number is unavailable outside the US & Canada)

Will Call Pick up is available at many of our Locations, as well. Call for more information.

We do have items in stock at some of our locations, however not all of the items are in stock at every location. If we have the item you are looking for in stock and you live close by, you may set up a "will call" at our warehouse. An order will need to be created before doing so because unlike a conventional retail store, we will need to prepare your order from the warehouse, our walk in locations are "display rooms" as opposed to actual off-the-shelf retail stores. Orders will still need to be paid for before picking up the items, but there, of course, will be no shipping fee if we will not be shipping out the items. You can arrange a "will call" over the phone by checking availability of the item of your interest and placing an order with one of our safety consultants.
